Your bridal beauty timeline
From the first trial to the morning itself — when to book everything so the run-up feels calm, not chaotic.

Wedding mornings go smoothly when the planning starts early. Here's the timeline we recommend to our brides, so every appointment lands at exactly the right moment.
9–12 months before
Book your hair and make-up for the day. Saturdays in spring and summer fill up quickly, especially if you need several bridesmaids looked after. Lock in the date first and plan the details later.
3–4 months before
Start any colour changes now so there's time to adjust. If you're considering lash lifts, brow lamination or semi-permanent brows, try them early. You don't want your first experience to be the week of the wedding.
6–8 weeks before
Your hair and make-up trial. Bring your veil or hair accessories, a photo of your dress neckline and plenty of inspiration. We'll take photos in daylight so you can see how the look reads on camera.
The final fortnight
- 10–14 days: final colour refresh and a trim.
- 5–7 days: facial (nothing new or aggressive this close).
- 2–3 days: waxing and Gelish nails.
- 1–2 days: spray tan, so it has time to settle.
On the morning
Come with clean, dry hair (washed the night before is ideal) and a fresh, moisturised face. Wear a button-up top. Then sit back, have a glass of something nice and let us take it from there.
